The IR OSLON Black of OSRAM Opto Semiconductors belongs to a new class of infrared LED with to two watts of optical DC power. The small package with integrated lenses allows superior compact arrangements of very high radiant intensity. The package technology of IR OSLON Black allows very high operating temperatures up to 125°C.
